Meet the Owners
Erika Larson, M.S., CCC-SLP
Erika is a Michigan licensed and American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA) certified Speech Language Pathologist. Erika earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences from Northern Michigan University and a Master’s of Science Degree in Speech Language Pathology from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. Erika has extensive clinical experience working with both adults and children across various settings, including outpatient and inpatient rehabilitation, hospitals, schools, early intervention, and preschools. While she has had the privilege of working with a variety of clients, she specializes in pediatric speech sound disorders, language delays/disorders, and early intervention. She also has a special interest in treating voice disorders in patients with Parkinson’s Disease.
Owning a private practice has been a lifelong dream, and Erika is deeply committed to delivering personalized, evidence-based care to patients and their families. Erika is committed to staying up to date with the latest speech and language advancements and continually refines her treatment strategies. Her dedication to lifelong learning is highlighted by her recent ACE Award from ASHA, recognizing her for completing over 70 hours of continuing education in the field within a two-year period.
Hunter Branstrom-Kleiman, M.S., CCC-SLP
Hunter is a Michigan licensed and American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA) certified Speech Language Pathologist. She earned her Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Speech Language and Hearing Sciences from Northern Michigan University and her Master’s of Science Degree in Speech Language Pathology from New York University.
Hunter’s clinical experience consists of a variety of diverse settings, including outpatient and inpatient rehabilitation, inpatient acute care, birth to three home health, tele-therapy, K-12 schools, preschools, and private practice. Hunter’s experience encompasses nearly the entirety of the SLP scope of practice, including receptive and expressive language disorders, cognitive communication disorders, swallowing disorders, speech sound disorders, fluency disorders, feeding disorders and counseling, augmentative and alternative communication, and voice disorders.

Hunter specializes in the areas of expressive and receptive language disorders, speech sound disorders, and feeding and swallowing disorders. She enjoys working with both geriatric and pediatric patients of all ages. Hunter is a strong advocate for early intervention and is passionate about providing high-quality, patient-focused, and research-based therapy while creating meaningful patient connections.

Do you accept insurance?No, we currently operate as a private pay clinic, accepting payments via debit, credit, cash, check, and HSA/FSA cards, with payment due at the time of service. We are actively working on becoming credentialed with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan and will keep you informed as we progress. In the meantime, we can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Please note that it’s the client's responsibility to confirm whether their insurance provider accepts this.

What population do you serve?We provide therapy for individuals of all ages and have extensive experience treating people across the lifespan.

Do I need a referral to start speech therapy with you?No, a referral is not needed to begin speech therapy with us currently. As a private pay clinic, we have the flexibility to offer personalized and innovative care without the constraints typically imposed by insurance companies, such as limits on the number or duration of sessions. This approach allows us to provide the services you need without requiring referrals or prior authorizations
